Well this past weekend while down in Ft. Lauderdale shooting a wedding at the Pelican Grand I stayed with a great friend of mine, Paul. It was great to see Paul again since it has been a few months and it was also great to meet his beautiful girl, Linda. Paul and Linda are just too sweet. We had a blast the night I got into Ft. Lauderdale just chatting and playing with my macro lens and talking about weddings and photography. The next morning we got up, ate a healthy lunch at KFC before I headed off to the wedding.
Paul, Linda and I talked about taking some photos of them in their awesome back yard on a pond but when I got done with the wedding at 9:30 pm, Paul and Linda pitched an idea of heading down to South Beach for the shoot. I was like, OH YEAH! At about 1:30 am we got to South Beach, unloaded the car with the gear and started shooting. We shot til about 3 am and headed back to their house for the night. If you follow me on facebook, you would have seen my posts while I was out shooting…lol
If you haven’t been to South Beach, you gotta go! I LOVED it!
Paul and Linda, thank you sooooo much for allowing me to be apart of your first love session together! Can’t wait to get together with you guys for you to photograph Lauren and me! You guys were truly a pleasure to photograph and I wouldn’t have rather spent my time down in South Florida with anyone else!
And of course, everyone wanted their photos taken…but only these guys will make my blog. Just for sheer originality! lol
